The Aikikai Foundation is the original school established by the founder by Morihei Ueshiba Ōsensei and is our parent organization in Japan and is being headed by the Doshu (the family heir of the founder of Aikido). 

The Aikikai Foundation gives recognition to international organizations, which include Aikido Philippines.

Aikido Philippines is a recognized organization of Aikikai Foundation. It is composed of several Aikido clubs and organizations throughout the country, including Aikido Iloilo.

Aikido Philippines also maintains a list of member Yudansha, which includes the founders and staff of Aikido Iloilo.

Visayas Aikido Fellowship is an annual gathering of different Aikido Organizations in the Visayas, from Bacolod, Cebu, Dumaguete and Iloilo.

Aikido Iloilo is the newest addition to the fellowship, having joined for the first time during the 9th VAF Anniversary last 20 July 2024.
