The Instruction Committee is responsible for presiding majority of the keiko and shoulders the burden of the actual transmission of knowledge to the students. 

The Instruction Committee is headed by Professor Mary Kareen Gancio, currently a San Dan (3rd Degree Black Belt) of Aikido Philippines. She is an educator inside and outside of Aikido Iloilo, being currently a faculty member of West Visayas State University, where the regular keiko of member club Aikido Iloilo: WVSU (Aiki-West) is being conducted. Ms. Kareen has been an instructor at Fudoshin Aikido Dojo  in Makati City from 2014-2016 prior to handling the training sessions of Aiki-West since its founding in September 2023. She specializes in introducing beginners and children to Aikido.

The Examination Committee is responsible for ensuring that the organization's technical standards are within expected competency level as per the Aikikai Foundation requirements through thorough scrutiny of the students' performance during examinations.

The Examination Committee is headed by Mr. Montovanni Kasparov Gancio (Van), currently a Ni Dan (2nd Degree Black Belt) of Aikido Philippines. He has the experience of instructing Aikido to wide range of students (including non-English speaking local Saudis) while working in Saudi Arabia in 2013-2014.
